Have you ever had leftover fresh herbs that you didn’t know what to do with?
As you may already know, they spoil if not used quickly. Luckily there is something you can do to keep your herbs fresh for longer. Remove the herb leaves from their stems and place into ice cube trays. Cover with water and freeze. These individual ice cubes may be easily used in liquid dishes such as gravies or soups. Not only do the cubes provide water for the dish, but the herbs contained therein provide added flavor.
