Did you know that you are not supposed to open the oven door while an item is baking?
It’s true! Unless you absolutely have to, resist the urge to open the oven door while baking. Reason being that oven temperature can drop by 25 degrees each time the door is opened, which could result in undercooked food. Granted, there are instances when the oven will need to be opened in order for you to check an item for doneness, but other than that, try to practice restraint and stay away from that door!
